Angela Stempel is a Venezuelan-American artist born in California and raised in Caracas. Her work is inspired by obsessive people-watching, site-specific colour palettes and the tantalising possibilities of abstraction. From these influences, she constructs narrative and experimental animated films, installations, and illustrations.
